Adarsh Credit and Co-operative society is a leading multistate co-operative society in Asia with more than 800 branches, 2 million happy customers and 370 thousand advisors.
As the wave of digitization hit the banking industry, Adarsh Credit, experienced a change in customer expectations. While the customer base was increasing; customer service was slow. Adarsh Credit wanted to step up the game by embarking upon a digital transformation journey. AI was making headlines across the board and deploying a Chatbot to address customer queries was the next logical step. However, this entailed numerous backend integrations, integration with their existing SAP core banking system and other third-party services.
